Ohio rock band Absolute Hero have announced that they will release new single “Death of Innocence” digitally on February 9th. Founded in 2015 by vocalist Sarah Nichole and multi-instrumentalist Justin Moegling, Absolute Hero have made a name for themselves in the underground rock scene over the past two years touring regionally everywhere from New York to Chicago.
“A sign of a great songwriter is being able to tell a story and have that story come across well. I can see myself living her words… You are in for one hell of a ride.” – I Am Tuned Up
A marked departure from their previous effort Sing For Sanity, “Death of Innocence” is the first single to be released from the band’s upcoming EP Gone Bad, which showcases modern rock sensibilities mixed with a range of diverse influences. The band is currently recording with producer Nick Ingram (Hawthorne Heights, For Today) at Capital House Studios and plan to release Gone Bad in autumn 2018.
“Death of Innocence” will be available for purchase on iTunes and Amazon MP3 and streaming on Spotify and Apple Music on February 9th.
